(VOV) - Snow ice was seen at noon, on December 30, at O Qui Ho mountain pass in Sapa, which is about 2,000 meters above sea level. This has been the first frost coating since the beginning of this winter in Sapa. Local temperature was below 1 degree Celsius with heavy frost and drizzle, hampering traffic. Tourists are flocking to Sapa to watch frost coating and snow falling if they are lucky enough.
