(VOVWORLD) - It's Dang Hoang and his catchphrase "packed with excitement" again. Throw in Kim Chi and that's how you know it's Wednesday. The catchphrase doesn't lie, though: - First, a crackdown on a pervasive belief that "appearance" and "body shape" are more important than physical, psychological, and general well-being. Is the idea of "controlling" the shape of your body by limiting food intake normal? - Next, we will explore the some of the most famous national parks and natural reserves in Vietnam, from North to South. - And finally, on the occasion of the International Day for Happiness, we will listen to some ideas of "happiness" from the previous generations of Vietnamese.
