The initiative prioritizes investment in developing essential infrastructure to strengthen production, and promotes policies and resources in coastal areas to improve the lives of local residents.

Over the past years, Ly Son district has invested in educational infrastructure, cultural institutions, and the electricity infrastructure to serve production, helping people escape poverty sustainably.

The district has built and repaired 32 infrastructure projects, including 10 projects to improve rural roads.
