High-speed patrol ship TT-400 was built at Hong Ha Shipbuilding Company in Hai Phong. This company belongs to the General Department of Defense Industry of Vietnam.

It’s a modern type of ship, reaching a speed of 34 nautical miles per hour. The CSB 4040 was started to be built and its keel was laid in January 2024.
