(VOVworld)-Voice of Vietnam has launched its FM transmission in Phu Quoc island district. The 10 Kw transmission had a construction cost of nearly 50 billion dong.
It will serve the transmission of VOV radio and TV programs to more than 100,000 populace in Phu Quoc, tourists and nearby fishing boats. The broadcasting service will improve communications in national sovereignty protection, search and rescue operations to mitigate disaster consequences.
