Do Anh Duc, Secretary of Voice of Vietnam’s Youth Union, said: “The houses were built for disadvantaged people in the mountainous areas of Huong Hoa district. The houses were presented to the poor families before the Lunar New Year to help them stabilize their lives and welcome a happy New Year.”
