(VOV/VOVworld) - Thanks to its bio-diversity and environmental value – the Can Gio Mangrove Forest – was recognised by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve in Vietnam in 2000.

Monkey Island receives around 400-500 visitors daily and from 1,000-1,500 at the weekend.
