(VOVworld) - Hundreds of people gathered in the former imperial city Hue on April 13 to enjoy a good old fashioned kite fly and the thrill of watching kites dive, careen, twirl and spin through the sky. They came from all three regions of Vietnam – north, central and south – to partake in the 8th Annual Kite Festival. Let’s take a glimpse of the festival through a photo collection taken by VOV photographer.
