VOV's National Broadcasting Center at 58 Quan Su, Hanoi
(VOVworld) – VOV Vice President Vu Hai received a delegation of Cambodian reporters led by Ly Vann Hong, Deputy Secretary of State and Advisor to the Cambodian Minister of Information in Hanoi on Monday.
Mr. Hai informed his guests of VOV’s progresses in recent years. VOV has has 7 radio channels, 2 TV channels, 1 website and a printed newspaper. It has 6 domestic and 10 overseas bureaus.
The Prime Minister has just decided to merge the VTC digital TV station with VOV. Mr. Hai expressed his hope that both sides would broaden cooperation and exchange reporters and programs to promote each other’s culture on their channels.
Ly Vann Hong thanked VOV for helping Cambodia build radio stations in 11 provinces and cities. He hoped that VOV would continue to assist Cambodia to construct 15 more radio stations and send technicians to maintain equipment.
