Schools in Truong Sa township and Sinh Ton, Song Tu Tay and Da Tay A communes had celebrations before the start of school. They were all equipped with sufficient supplies for the teaching and learning work.

At the opening ceremony for the new school year, gifts were presented to local students to encourage them to strive for better academic achievements. The provincial Department of Education spent more than 29 million USD on school construction and upgrades in preparation for the new school year.
