We now introduce you to a program called Project RENEW, which was founded in August 2001 by Quang Tri province, which was heavily bombed during the war, and international NGOs as an effort to reduce the number of deaths and injuries caused by cluster bombs and other munitions remaining in central Vietnam since the war ended in 1975.
