National Special Relic upholds President HCM’s moral example and lifestyle

(VOVWORLD) - Located at No. 1 Bach Thao in Hanoi’s Ba Dinh district, the President Ho Chi Minh Relic site inside the Presidential Palace is a special national monument where Uncle Ho lived, worked, convalesced and took his last breath through 1954-1969. After Uncle Ho's passing the site is open to the public.

(VOVWORLD) - Four artists of the Voice of Vietnam were recently honored with the titles People’s Artist or Emeritus Artist. They are People’s Artist Kim Duc, People’s Artist Phan Muon, Emeritus Artist Hoang Tung, and Emeritus Artist Le Quang Dung. They have been honored for their musical talent, dedication, and contributions to bringing Vietnamese music to listeners in every corner of Vietnam.

(VOVWORLD) - Inspired by the legend of To Thi- a lady who turned to stone while waiting for her husband at the border - VOV President Nguyen The Ky wrote a play which was later made into an opera entitled “A thousand years of white cloud” by Artist Hoang Song Viet and People’s Artist Thanh Ngoan. The opera merges four traditional theater genres: Hue chanting, Xam singing, Cheo or traditional opera and Cai Luong or reformed opera.
