(VOVWORLD) - The Ministry of Health is implementing a remote medical examination and treatment project for the next 5 years, which connects 1,000 medical facilities with 20 central hospitals in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city. The project aims to strengthen the professional operation of lower level hospitals and to help people access health care services without coming to a hospital.
