(VOVWORLD) - The 13th Plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee concluded on Wednesday in Hanoi. Each issue discussed at the plenum was deliberated and decided with a high level of consensus, including many “backbone” contents determining the success of the 14th National Party Congress, the realization of the goals of rapid and sustainable development, and the improvement of people’s living standard.

(VOVWORLD) - The 13th plenum of 13th Party Central Committee has fulfilled all the planned agenda and achieved four main outcomes, Party General Secretary To Lam said in his closing remarks at the plenum in Hanoi on Wednesday.

(VOVWORLD) -General Secretary To Lam in Monday affirmed that the Communist Patty of Vietnam has “steadily steered the ship amid rough seas,” remaining steadfast in its path forward and striving to meet and surpass the goals set out by the 13th National Party Congress. Mr. Lam made the statement while delivering a speech at the opening of the 13th Plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee, which focuses on preparations for the 14th National Party Congress and socio-economic development.

(VOVWORLD) - Quang Ngai province convened its 2025-2030 provincial Party Congress on Thursday. This is the first of 34 provincial and municipal Party congresses which will provide a foundation for the 14th National Party Congress.

(VOVWORLD) - Party General Secretary To Lam met with 80 delegates representing Vietnam’s intellectuals, scientists, and artists to mark the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution, August 19, and National Day, September 2. The Party leader said enhancing knowledge and creativity will enable Vietnam to achieve breakthroughs toward rapid, sustainable development in the new era.
