(VOVWORLD) -In late 1987, the Vietnamese National Assembly promulgated the Law on Foreign Investment which has greatly contributed to national development, especially the renewal process. Vietnam has evolved from a poor country to a middle-income country with a rapid rate of integration and growing status in the world.

(VOVWORLD) - According to the European Chamber of Commerce (Eurocham)’s White Book 2018, Vietnam is among the most dynamic economies in the region. It attracted nearly 30 billion USD in foreign direct investment last year, up 44% from 2016. As the government seeks to develop small and medium-sized enterprises and startup businesses, what should Vietnam do to make full use of foreign investment?
