(VOVWORLD) - The construction of the new Si Pa Phin Primary and Lower Secondary School began on Sunday in Si Pa Phin commune, Dien Bien province. It is the first of 100 schools planned for construction in 2025 under the Politburo’s new policy to build 248 integrated boarding schools in border communes across Vietnam by 2027.

First it proposes phasing out gasoline vehicles used by delivery drivers and ride-hailing services, replacing them with electric motorcycles.
