The program, held on Wednesday in Nha Trang city, consisted of two parts: awarding the "Creative Youth" prize, and an art performance in praise of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the nation, and the tradition of Vietnam’s army.
