The 3-day festival will include an opening ceremony, a light show, a carnival, art performances, exhibitions, sports events, tourism events, educational programs, conferences, culinary events, product sales, and a closing ceremony.

A press conference to introduce the event will be held in Hanoi and HCMC next April and May in Nha Trang city.
