On board were officers and sailors led by Rear Admiral Nishiyama Takahiro.

The Commanding Group of the ships paid a courtesy visit to the leaders of Khanh Hoa People's Committee, Naval Region 4 Command, and the Naval Academy.

Vietnamese representatives were invited to visit the ship. Sport exchanges were held between naval soldiers of the two countries.
