At a meeting on Monday, leaders of units stressed the need to advise the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province to clamps down on fishing vessels encroaching foreign waters; fishing vessel that loses connection to its cruise monitoring device during operations at sea; and cases of delay in implementing decisions on administrative sanctions of violations in fisheries.
