(VOVWORLD) - The Ba Ria-Vung Tau provincial People's Council has adopted a smart city development project from now until 2022 with a direction to 2025 and a vision toward 2030. Binh Dinh has worked with domestic and foreign organizations to conduct mine risk education programs to make students aware of the danger and how to avoid being injured by unexploded ordnance (UXO).

The HCMC Sponsoring Association for Poor Patients is dedicated to restoring the vision of poor blind people.
