At Monday’s reception in Hanoi for the delegation led by Fan Xiaoli, head of the Communications Department of the Guangxi Autonomous Region, Mr. Ky congratulated the success of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

President Ky touched upon the effectiveness of cooperation between the Voice of Vietnam and the Guangxi People's Radio Broadcasting Station over the years.

“Since a bilateral cooperative agreement was signed in 2008, both stations have implemented activities promoting Vietnam’s renewal process, China's economic reform and open-door policy, and cooperation programs between local agencies of Vietnam and Guangxi province. The two have exchanged delegations of reporters and co-organize several cooperation programs,” he said.

VOV Deputy President Vu Hai and President of Guangxi People's Radio Broadcasting Station Fan Yi re-signed a bilateral cooperative agreement on November 6, 2017.

At the reception, the two stations re-signed the agreement under which more delegations of reporters and more radio and TV programs will be exchanged.
