The delegation visited Sinh Ton Dong and Da Dong B island and gave the soldiers and locals televisions, refrigerators, freezers, vegetable seeds, and medicines.

They also organized an art exchange program which Rear Admiral Xuan described as a great source of encouragement for local islanders and soldiers to fulfill their mission of defending the sovereignty of Vietnam’s sea and islands.
