First fish sauce museum in Vietnam

(VOVWORLD) - A museum located in the southern province of Phan Thiet is dedicated to fish sauce, a sauce that is considered to be the soul of Vietnamese cuisine, and delves into the history of the local 300-year-old fishing community.
