Hanoi Autumn Festival from Sunday to Monday debuted this year with the theme of "Ha Noi Autumn-Come to fall in love", with the aim of honoring heritage sites and landscapes, promoting cultural values and tourism products of the capital, as well as attracting more tourists.
The carnival creates a cheerful atmosphere.
