Thousands of domestic and international organizations and businesses are attending the fair, which aims to stimulate domestic sales, honor quality Vietnamese products, and promote the "production-distribution-consumption" value chain. Spanning nearly 15ha, the fair has 10 exhibition halls with 3,000 booths and display areas for cultural activities and food.
"This first-ever Spring Fair aims to establish a unique identity. Designed for the people, it offers the finest, safest, most modern, and best-priced products available. The fair promotes the message ‘Vietnamese people prioritize Vietnamese goods’," Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said at the opening ceremony.
"The organizers have also created spaces for trade and connection between producers, distributors, exporters, and consumers both at the fair and on e-commerce platforms. The fair features a wide range of cultural activities. Each exhibition area also includes performances that highlight regional cultural identities and tell the stories behind local products and their producers," Phu added.
The fair’s trade-matching sessions and supply-demand workshops are valuable opportunities for Vietnamese brands to meet potential partners and expand their distribution network.
Mr. Hoang Thanh Tung, Head of the Si Lo Lau Tea Cooperative in Lai Chau province, one of the fair’s exhibitors, expressed his hope that the Spring Fair would help enhance brand recognition and promote local products to a wider market.
