Speaking at the 2026 Thanh Hoa Investment Promotion Conference in Thanh Hoa province on Sunday, the Prime Minister urged investors in Thanh Hoa to fully tap into the province’s unique potential, outstanding opportunities, and competitive advantages, while fostering a spirit of contribution and cooperation with stakeholders.

He also called on Thanh Hoa to further accelerate the effective implementation of the 14th National Party Congress Resolution and key strategic resolutions of the Politburo.

At the conference, delegates were briefed on Thanh Hoa’s investment climate and development potential. The province unveiled a list of 173 priority projects for 2026–2030 in six key sectors, with total expected investment of approximately 24 billion USD.

On this occasion, the local authorities granted investment approvals and licenses for 28 projects worth about 1.13 billion USD, and signed memoranda of understanding for 14 additional projects totaling nearly 2.7 billion USD, focusing on transport infrastructure, aviation, industrial parks, logistics, and research and development.
