Bui Thu Huyen, who has lived in Egypt for over 20 years, said: "I believe that the upcoming National Party Congress will adopt many decisions to transform our country from a developing nation into a developed economy and that Vietnam will continue to be a stable and safe nation and attract more international visitors and investors."
"I hope the Congress will place greater emphasis on the Vietnamese younger generation living abroad by introducing more supportive policies, strengthening Vietnamese language education, and organizing more exchange programs to help them better understand Vietnam’s culture and history," said Huyen.
Nguyen Van Thang, Director of the European Plastics Company (EUP), said: "I hope that the Party and the State will continue to implement breakthrough policies on administrative reform and digital transformation to mobilize resources, create more open mechanisms to attract investment, and further strengthen activities that connect overseas Vietnamese with the homeland, enabling them to contribute more to national development. I also look forward to strategic directions to help Vietnamese businesses penetrate more deeply into potential markets, particularly in the Middle East and Africa."
