Tran Ba Phuc, member of the Vietnam Fatherland Front’s Central Committee, Chairman of the Vietnamese Business Association in Australia, and Vice Chairman of the Overseas Vietnamese Enterprises Association, said: “I hope that the 14th National Party Congress will continue introducing breakthrough decisions in institution and development mindset, clearly define the role of science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation as key drivers for improving productivity and competitiveness of Vietnam’s economy in global integration, and create a transparent and stable business environment for enterprises to grow.”

Appreciating the Party’s policies in rallying overseas Vietnamese intellectuals for national development in recent years, Associate Professor Dr. Duong Thi Hong Lien at the Faculty of Economics and Law, Curtin University of Australia and Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam–Australia Scholars and Experts Association (VASEA), said: “I have worked with most ministries and sectors in Vietnam, from professional levels to senior leadership, and I can clearly see the changes. Many agencies have actively engaged in dialogue and worked together to remove bottlenecks. This is particularly important for issues such as energy transition or the carbon market, which require inter-sectoral and multi-level coordination and constant updates in line with international standards.”

Vietnamese expats also expect the National Party Congress to continue introducing practical guidelines to better mobilize the resources, intellect, and experience of the overseas Vietnamese community, contributing to the country’s rapid and sustainable development in the new era.
