The move marks an important step in implementing the two localities’ commitment to promoting the value of the Ha Long Bay – Cat Ba Archipelago World Natural Heritage site, recognized by UNESCO.

Ha Long Bay is expected to welcome an additional 5,000 to 6,000 visitors per day, along with more than 50 overnight cruise vessels arriving from Lan Ha Bay.

Ticket sales will officially begin on Saturday at Tuan Chau Harbor and Ha Long International Cruise Port.
