Commander of the Vietnam Coast Guard, Lieutenant General Le Quang Dao, asked shipbuilding companies to mobilize human resources and equipment to ensure technical requirements and progress.

The Coast Guard Logistics and Engineering Department which acts as the Project Management Board, will coordinate with consultancy and shipbuilding agencies to supervise the construction process.
