Eel vermicelli soup, a special dish of Hung Yen

(VOVWORLD) -While Hanoi is famous for its Old Quarter Bun Thang (chicken vermicelli soup), Hung Yen province is famous for Pho Hien Bun Thang. In Hung Yen, the chicken is replaced by marinated eel, which is fried to perfection.
