They took three flights from Hanoi to Singapore’s Changi Airport, then Auckland and Napier for nearly 24 hours. Upon arrival at the Auckland airport, the players received a warm welcome from the World Football Federation (FIFA) and local organizers.
After taking immigration procedures, the girls transferred to a domestic flight to Napier, where they will have six-day training sessions and friendly matches. The Vietnamese footballers are staying at Swiss-belboutique Hotel, which takes about five minutes by bus to McLean Park stadium.
