According to the Deputy Speaker, preparations for the legislative elections in Vietnam are being carried out methodically and with close coordination. In the digital era, Vietnam has adopted new campaigning methods, with online platforms facilitating greater interaction between voters and candidates.

Mr. Salih said that over the past few decades, Vietnam has emerged as one of Asia’s notable success stories. This reflects, he said, a strong commitment on the part of Vietnam’s leaders and people to the goals of national development and social progress.

The upcoming election is the latest step in consolidating these achievements and preparing for future development. A stable, forward-looking legislative process will boost national development, strengthen regional stability, and improve international cooperation. The Sri Lankan legislator said he’s confident the election will be successfully organized and he’s optimistic about Vietnam’s continued development prospects.
