Ba Vi National Park is about 50 km from Hanoi, which is suitable for a day tour. Many people prefer to stay one night on Ba Vi mountain to enjoy the fresh air.
The French colonialists began growing tree marigolds in Ba Vi in 1930. Local villagers considered it a wild plant and cut them down to clear land.
Since 2015 realizing that people love to take photo with tree marigolds, Ba Vi National Park has planted more flowers to attract tourists.
