Representatives of VOVWORLD, the Vietnam Red Cross Society, the Youth Theatre, and the Vietnam Women's Forum in Europe at the signing ceremony in Hanoi on August 21, 2024.

The "Fostering Dreams" program consists of a series of activities, including performances and cultural exchanges with artists, support for schools, scholarships, and gifts for underprivileged students who excel in their studies and for children in particularly difficult circumstances.

The parties will jointly organize the program for poor and disadvantaged children in rural, mountainous, and remote areas annually during the Mid-Autumn Festival or the beginning of the new school year.

VOVWORLD will promote these activities through its broadcasts in 13 languages and its website: vovworld.vn.
