Special mechanisms in public investment have supported the construction progress. Hoang Minh Dai, who represents the investor, said: “The project was approved by the Politburo and the Government as a special public investment project. Procedures have been streamlined, with design and construction carried out simultaneously. This has significantly accelerated progress.”
According to a report from the Lao Cai provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, all 4 sites are on schedule. In A Mu Sung, several key tasks have been completed. In Pha Long, 80% of the site has been leveled. Y Ty’s multipurpose building has a completed foundation. And in Muong Khuong, site leveling is proceeding rapidly. All 4 projects are scheduled for completion by August 30, in time to welcome 4,000 students for the new school year.
