(VOVworld) – A delegation of Radio the Voice of Vietnam’s broadcasters visited a water preservation project in Chanthabury province, Thailand on Wednesday under the cooperative framework between VOV and the Public Relations Department (PRD) of Thailand.

This is one of several important projects carried out by the Thai government to help the people develop agriculture, increase incomes, and protect the forest. Wanpen Upton, Head of the International Relations section of the Public Relations Department of Thailand said: "This program ran under the media exchange between PRD, Public Relations Department of Thailand, and VOV. Our visit is under our MoU which we would like to promote better understanding between the people of the two countries".

Earlier, the VOV delegation visited the Thai Gem and Jewelry Association to explore mineral exploitation and gem processing and trading in Thailand.
